What are the delivery times?
Your artworks are produced to order and dispatched within 48 business hours. Allow 3–5 additional days for UK delivery, 5–7 days for Europe.
Can I return my order?
As our editions are produced to your specifications, they are not eligible for return under consumer protection law. In the event of a proven manufacturing defect, we will replace the artwork at no cost.
What is the print quality?
We use 300gsm acid-free Fine Art paper with pigment inks guaranteed for 100 years. Each print is produced by Gelato, the global leader in art printing.
Are frames included?
Framing is an optional add-on at checkout. You can choose between the print only or the framed edition (handcrafted frame included).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Link by Stripe. All payments are 100% secure via Stripe.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to France and the United Kingdom. For other destinations, contact us at [email protected].
How do I use my promo code?
At checkout, a 'Promo code' field appears on the Stripe payment page. Enter your code and the discount is applied automatically.
